This reflection tool helps you gently identify:
- where small sparks of renewal already exist
- what activities or connections restore your energy
- how to invite more lightness into your days
There are no right answers.
You may return to this reflection whenever the weight feels heavy.

2. What activity, person, or place consistently helps me feel more alive?
(Even if you haven't accessed it in months...)
3. If I had 15 minutes of completely free time today, what would bring me the most joy?
(Not what you "should" do — what would actually feel good.)
4. What is one micro-joy I could invite into tomorrow?
(Listening to a favorite song, stepping outside, a warm drink in a favorite mug...)
