SOUTH — RestorationThe Bloom: Renewing your energy and vitality. This direction is dedicated to deep rest. This direction invites rest, nourishment, and receiving support — without guilt or justification.

WESTRelease, The Horizon: Letting go of what no longer serves you. This direction helps you process. A space for letting go, grief, and transition — honoring what has been, and what is changing.
