Purpose
This reflection tool helps you gently identify:
- what is draining you unnecessarily
- what is outside your control
- where you still have meaningful agency
There are no right answers.
You may return to this reflection whenever the weight feels heavy.
✍️ Reflection Prompts
1. What am I trying to control right now that I cannot actually change?
(A situation, an outcome, another person's response, a timeline...)
2. How does holding onto this affect my body, energy, or spirit?
(Tension, exhaustion, anxiety, resentment...)
3. What is within my control in this moment?
(Examples: my tone, my boundaries, my next choice, asking for help...)
4. What would it look like to release one small piece today?
(Not everything. Just one.)
