Use when: You're exhausted but can't rest, or feeling disconnected from your body
Quick Restoration Practice
- Sit or lie down somewhere comfortable
- Close your eyes if that feels safe
- Starting at your feet, notice any tension
- Slowly move your attention up: ankles, calves, knees, thighs
- Continue through your torso, arms, neck, and face
- Wherever you find tension, breathe into that space
- End by taking three deep breaths
You're not trying to fix anything — just noticing what your body is carrying.
