Use when: You're exhausted but can't rest, or feeling disconnected from your body

Quick Restoration Practice

  1. Sit or lie down somewhere comfortable
  2. Close your eyes if that feels safe
  3. Starting at your feet, notice any tension
  4. Slowly move your attention up: ankles, calves, knees, thighs
  5. Continue through your torso, arms, neck, and face
  6. Wherever you find tension, breathe into that space
  7. End by taking three deep breaths

You're not trying to fix anything — just noticing what your body is carrying.
